Saved

I know it sounds cliché, but Jesus honestly did save my life. I know many people have messed up and made mistakes, and God turned their lives around and saved them all. When I say that the Lord saved my life, I mean He really saved my life.
It is difficult to grasp, because at the time, I was so weak. Now, I can look back and see just how serious the whole affair of this really was. It's painful to try and remember in detail, but it proves how faithful God's love is. He never left me and He never will. He'll never leave you, either.
I know it sounds odd, but God has been revealing to me some very intense imagery. In my head I'm seeing pictures of how it was and the battle that was being fought. As I was barely surviving, God was keeping the demons of death off of me. He was protecting me, because I have a purpose. A really important purpose, for that matter!
It's all so clear to me now. I yearn to tell everybody about Jesus. He is my everything. I am His and He is mine. Nothing can keep me from His love! Not even death can separate me, of this I have proof. No matter how hopeless I may have been, God made a way to keep me here. Why? Because it was His plan. I am still here so I can take more people with me when it is time for my to go home.
I am so, so blessed to still be alive. Life is beautiful. Life is a gift. I will live out my days praising the One who saved me from death. I will sing and dance for Him, always! To God be all the Glory!
"I will declare that your love stands firm forever, that you have established your faithfulness in heaven itself." (Psalms 89:2)
