Wandering and Wondering

I've seen so many people in this world who are lost, and it breaks God's heart. He doesn't want us to live a life of uncertainty and faithlessness. He wants us to know that He is our home, and in Him we are safe.
People often have too much curiosity and wander into things that are not healthy for the well-being of their souls. It's a fallen world. Don't sell your soul. If, however, you've already done some things wrong, it's not the end. God is full of mercy. He is quick to forgive us of our sins.
"If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 1:9)
Then there are those who are angry with God. Whether it be a laid off job, or the death of a beloved family member. They seem to ask, "Why did you do this, God?" and, "If God is so  loving, then why did He let my brother die?" We do not know these answers, nor do we know why these tragedies happen. But, I do know that God knows better than we do, and He is full of grace and love.
"And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose." (Romans 8:28)
It may not have been what we would have done, but we need to remember that God has everything figured out. He has a big, big plan. After all, He did create this vast universe in which we reside. Don't you think He's got a divine plan in mind?
"For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts." (Isaiah 55:9)
Even though this world boggles our human minds, there is one thing that is certain. God's love for us will never run out. His flowing river of compassion will never be dry. He satisfies our souls, and He provides for our every need.
"O God, You are my God; Early I will seek You; My soul thirsts for You' My flesh longs for You In a dry and thirsty land Where there is no water." (Psalms 63:1)
Don't let your life be controlled by this changing world. Let your soul find rest and assurance in the One that never changes. He was the same yesterday, He is the same today, and He will be the same forever: loving, just, faithful, comforting, and merciful.

"For God is not the author of confusion but of peace, as in all the churches of the saints." (1 Corinthians 14:33)
Let your soul be enveloped in the peace that is of our Lord Jesus Christ. He is for us, and not against us. Take a moment to feel His Presence. He loves us more than you cold ever imagine.
Thank You for Your grace, God. My greatest thanks is simply not enough. For all my days I will love You and serve You. I live for You alone, my Lord.
