My Soul Satisfaction : " Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He will give you the desires and secret petitions of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord [roll and repose each care of your load on Him]; trust (lean on, rely on, and be confident) also in Him and He will bring it to pass. " (Psalm 37:4-5 AMP) The Lord is my Treasure.  Nothing compares to the sweetness of His Presence and His peace . He is all I need. He is my portion. Today's needs are met with  unmerited favour , tomorrow's tasks are already covered by His marvellous mercy, and  my past is redeemed by His glorious grace . As  I reflect on all He's done this month , I am reminded of His unending faithfulness. Though I walk through the most rattling storms,  I am   seeking His face through the rough and trusting His grace is enough . He is my vital need, my constant creed. My Mighty Defender : " But if anyone should sin, we have an Advocate (One Who will intercede for us) with the Father–[it is] Jesus Christ [the all] righteous [upright, just, Who conforms to the Father's will in every purpose, thought, and action] ." (1 John 2:1 AMP) O Heavenly Father, how at fault I feel. The mistakes I've made, the shameful deeds I've done... Condemnation and fear, they wear away at my heart. Bitter emotions, they tear me apart. Oh take me back, back to the start. The start of Your mercy, flowing from Your Heart. " Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning. " (Lamentations 3:23) You never give up on me ; Your faithfulness endures even when my whole life feels falling apart. When I'm  drowning , You're still  defending . When I'm  losing , You're still  leading . When I'm  falling , You're the One  fighting for me . When I'm  sinking , You will  save  me. You will come to my  rescue . Yo

Rest in Him : " In peace I will both lie down and sleep, for You, Lord, alone make me dwell in  safety  and  confident trust . " (Psalm 4:8) When you're  still and surrendered , the quietness of My Presence can settle over you, settling every one of your distressing fears. My love will quiet all the accusatory voices that haunt you, and My joy shall shine pure light on all the lies keeping your mind in a dark prison.  My holy fire is coming down in glorious light to set you free and burn away fright . Praise is the Portal to Peace : " Reverent and worshipful fear of the Lord is a fountain of life, that one may avoid the snares of death. [John  4:10 , 14.] " (Proverbs 14:27 AMP) Praise is the portal to the peaceful Presence of our perfect Saviour . Worship presents us with an escape from the dread of the destruction so sprawled about this world. Thankful songs take us from the ashes of fear and worry up into the holy realm of God's hope. Our praising His goodness awakens our hearts to the reality of His unfailing love and joy. " My lips shall greatly rejoice when I sing to You, And my soul, which You have redeemed. " (Psalms 71:23) Our praise unlocks His peace .  Let's praise our way through the day . He is always faithful, so we should always sing, " How holy and great You are, our good and gracious God! Push Away Panic and Pursue Peace : " Do not fret or have any anxiety about anything, but in every circumstance and in everything, by  prayer  and  petition  (definite requests), with  thanksgiving , continue to make your wants known to God ." (Philippians 4:6 AMP) Panic . Panic is a perpetrating peace plunderer.  A panicked life is not My plan for you . I promise you a life of perfect peace, not a life of perpetually paralyzing perplexity. Look to Me, and  focus on all the goodness I have prepared for you . Don't panic. Just pray . When you take a deep breath and call upon My Name, My resurrection power is faithful to  overthrow the oppressing fear  you're feeling. Don't allow panicky planning to perfuse your poor mind with toxic terror. Pray to Me, and I will carry you through the battle field. Be Not Dismayed, I Am Your God : " Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand...For I, the LORD your God, will hold your right hand, Saying to you, ‘Fear not, I will help you ." (Isaiah 41:10, 13) Really sensing that God is speaking this verse over me lately. It's been recurring a whole lot... He's reminding me, " Fear not. Let your fears dissipate in the divine glow of My glory. I am with you. I will help you. Fear is just a lie. Trust in the truth of My promise. I Am your God - now and always, sovereign over all ." What an  anchor for my soul . What hope to make this heart whole. I'm  running to You , my King. To Your Presence I will cling. He is Lord, Lord over all. Let Go of Fear : " For [the Spirit which] you have now received [is] not a spirit of slavery to put you once more  in bondage to fear , but you have received the Spirit of adoption [the Spirit producing sonship] in [the  bliss  of] which we cry, Abba (Father)!  Father ! " (Romans 8:15 AMP) Fear . My child, fear only wants to keep you bound up in chains.  Fear is a gruelling prison guard , his only desire to make you more and more miserable. Don't wear the  chains  that hold you  prisoner  as a  comfort-cloak . These are the very chains that I have already  broken  off for your  freedom . " Therefore if the Son makes you free,  you shall be free indeed . " (John 8:36) I long to see you liberated . At the very centre of My will for you, there is a promise of  impenetrable peace . The first steps of a faith-filled journey feel infiltrated with fears, but  faith and freedom finally begin when fears are put to death . Joy is hidden in perfect portions along the path

The Perfect One : " And having been perfected, He became the author of eternal salvation to all who obey Him " (Hebrews 5:9) Lord, I place everything at Your feet. Even if I'm no great musician or singer,  I will always live to worship You  in spirit and truth  (John  4:24 ) . In Heaven, I know I'll sound beautiful, even angelic! But for right now, I trust that  You take utmost delight in my songs to You , even more than an orchestral symphony.  You take delight in my imperfect song . How great You are, my God. Guide My Eyes to Thine Face : " The LORD says, “I will guide you along the best pathway for your life. I will advise you and watch over you ." (Psalms 32:8) You know the path before me, and You are familiar with my feeble weaknesses within. Yet You love me...  You love me unconditionally . You're patient with me, for  You never lose Your temper  when I struggle so unbelievably.
