Merry Christmas

    As we enter into the holiday season it's easy to become whirled up in Christmas commotion, so it is indeed very important that we take a moment to remember the true meaning of this joyous holiday.    Jesus, our Emmanuel, born on Christmas day. Born to give us freedom, hope, and everlasting life in Heaven above. The King of kings and Lord of lords; the ultimate gift. How awe-inspiring He is! How gracious is He to become flesh like us so that we might become His righteousness. He humbled Himself, and was born of a virgin; a miracle! Mary, the young virgin, carried our savior into the world. Our Savior who was born to die for us all. "the angel said to her, “Rejoice, highly favored one, the Lord is with you; blessed are you among women!”" (Luke 1:28)    Glory, glory, hallelujah! The Voice of Truth

   Do you hear a voice inside your head denouncing your every fault, or do you hear a Voice that enlightens your perspective? A voice of condemnation or freedom? Listen closely to what you hear. The Voice of the Lord is soft, peaceful, and powerful, but the lies of the enemy are harsh, reprimanding, and admonishing. The Lord fills you with an everlasting joy and serenity, whereas the enemy only lies and destroys. Jeremiah 29:11 says, "For I know the thoughts that I think towards you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope."    Remember to call upon the Name of the Lord in every situation, for He has the power to save you. Cry out to Him when you are weary. Sing songs of praise for Him when you are untroubled and beaming. Allow the Lord to be the center of your life, and always keep your eyes on Him.    "And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
