Awake My Soul: "My heart is steadfast, O God, my heart is steadfast; I will sing and make music. Awake, my soul! Awake, harp and lyre! I will awaken the dawn. I will praise you, O Lord, among the nations; I will sing of you among the peoples." (Psalms 57:7-9) The morning sun peeks through the bustling tree leaves as they sway in the rushing late summer's breeze. All is still and quiet. The most sprightly ones of creation only begin to make the most of the day. Birds commence their singing praise, flowers bursting wide open - petals stretched as far towards the sun as can be. "For great is your love, reaching to the heavens; your faithfulness reaches to the skies. Be exalted, O God, above the heavens; let your glory be over all the earth."
