Shine Your Light : " The way of the righteous is like the first gleam of dawn, which shines ever brighter until the full light of day ." (Proverbs 4:18) I long to live in Your  gleaming courts  of unending love and light. You are wonderful, oh so magnificent. O God, You're more splendorous than even imaginable. Your beauty more picturesque than the most exquisite scenery on earth. Your wonder cannot be contained within the walls of our galaxy. Your plans exceed the dimensions of our time. You know all, for You are the One who was, who is, and who is to come. Let Light Shine: "Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you. See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the Lord rises upon you and his glory appears over you." (Isaiah 60:1-2) There's a whole lot of darkness in this world, and unfortunately, many people live their everyday lives completely covered in such dismal darkness. This saddens God's heart, because He longs for us to all live in the pure joy and freedom of Salvation in Christ. "The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance." (2 Peter 3:9) Repentance is what breaks bondages and looses the chains of sin from our backs.
