Hallelujah! What a Saviour:
"For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." (Romans 6:23)
I'm completely in awe of the Lord's wonderful graciousness towards each and every one of His children. He has blessed us abundantly and eternally. There are no limitations to His unfailing love, for His love is unconditional.
"Love bears up under anything and everything that comes, is ever ready to believe the best of every person, its hopes are fadeless under all circumstances, and it endures everything [without weakening]." (1 Corinthians 13:7)
When we go through difficult times, God doesn't condemn us. When the stresses of this life press us hard on every side, we have a Comforter Who will never abandon us. When things seem to be flailing out of your own control, trust that He has everything under His control.
He understands every one of our sorrows, sufferings, and disappointments, because He has endured them. He persevered so that we might victoriously prevail above these worldly circumstances. There is nothing we cannot accomplish or defeat when we're grounded in Him.
"Therefore He is also able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them." (Hebrews 7:25)
He is MIGHTY to SAVE! There is nothing in authority above Him, and all are subject to His sovereignty. Therefore, we need not fret about worldly things overtaking us. God determines our steps, protects us, and delivers us from all of our enemies.
"And the Lord will deliver me from every evil work and preserve me for His heavenly kingdom. To Him be glory forever and ever. Amen!" (2 Timothy 4:18)
He is faithful to unshackle us from every burdensome chain that ties us down in captivation. It breaks His heart when His children are imprisoned by bondages. This loving Father of ours is quick to rescue. He is leading us hand in hand into an abundant eternity of face to Face fellowship with the Father Himself! Oh hallelujah! What a Saviour we have in Jesus our mighty Lord!
