It Is Written

It Is Written:

"As it is written: “There is none righteous, no, not one; Therefore by the deeds of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight, for by the law is the knowledge of sin. for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus," (Romans 3:10, 20, 23-24)

Not one of us is righteous. Not a single one is capable of earning forgiveness and redemption. ALL have sinned and fallen short of God's magnificent glory. It is only through the power of God's grace that we find freedom from our fleshly binds.

"If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 1:9)

He is faithful and just, and we have been justified through faith in Christ the Messiah. If we confess our sins, that is, if we contritely repent of our unrighteousness and admit to our helplessness in that we are incapable of saving ourselves, His mercy comes rushing like a mighty river of love that washes over us. He has made us completely new with His transformative love and favour.

It is written. His mercies never fail. His goodness endures for all eternity. Each day presents new opportunities to experience His divine love and graciousness.

"Through the Lord's mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness." (Lamentations 3:22-23)

Today, remember His goodness. Remember what is written and promised in His Word. His grace, mercy, love, and justice never cease. He is with us and for us throughout all ages and for all of eternity. Hallelu Yah! We praise You, O Heavenly Father!
